With LR connector and complied with IEEE802.3ae standard, the device can also work additionally with Cisco, HP, or 3Com… switch. The features which 10G transceiver has can offer a variable transmission distances under limited budget instead of purchasing furthermore fiber switches and get connected of all networking equipments.
